When sending files, using our FTP site, you will be limited to sending one file at a time. Therefore, we recommend that you zip multiple files together into one single file, for faster results.

Use WinZip or WinRar for best results. The final file should be no larger than 199 Megabytes maximum size. If any file is larger than 199 Megabytes, you should split it into several files and send each file separately.

Please protect your files with a password and notify us that you have sent a file, giving us the names of the files you have sent and the password used. We recommend that you send your requests via e-mail and send us your file names and passwords at the same time. Send passwords, file names and requests to drawings@dgdrafting.com

Once we receive your notification, we will download your files and advise you that the order has been successfully received.

You may wish to go to the ‘ forms' page, complete the form and save it to your computer. Then zip it together with the other electronic files you upload to our FTP site.
