Calling by phone
Talk directly to a draftsman. We will be glad to help you with your orders and recommend ways in which you can send your disclosures to us. For example, files can be sent via our e-mail, our website or mailed directly to our street address. Informal drawings can be sent together with orders via fax, but we will need to totally redraft them if sent in this manner.

Sending request via e-mail
Send your request via email and attach electronic disclosures as single files or in groups with a total size, no larger than 20 megabytes. If your files are larger than 20Mb in total size, use our 'File Transfer' page which can be found at the top of our website.

Click on the ‘File Transfer' page and follow the directions. To use this site we recommend that you zip multiple files together into one single file, using WinZip.The file should be no more than 200 megabytes in size. Please protect your files with a password and e-mail the password or call us with this information.

Using our standard form
Click on the ‘Forms' page on our website and complete the form on-line and send via e-mail or print it out and send by your preferred method.
